Everyone reading this has been there. Client signs a big new customer. Marketing team wants press. You open your laptop, stare at the ceiling, and aren’t sure where to go beyond a LinkedIn post and company blog.

So I went digging. There are actually a handful of trade outlets that publish customer success stories as real editorial, with named reporters, clear bars for entry, and predictable cadences. They don’t get talked about much, which is exactly why they should be in your rotation.

Fortune’s AIQ series

The new heavy-hitter for enterprise AI case studies. Fortune debuted its inaugural Fortune AIQ 50 List in September (sponsored by ServiceNow), ranking Fortune 500 companies generating measurable AI impact. The AIQ series runs as an offshoot, with company case studies profiling how enterprises actually deploy AI. Note: Sage Lazzaro recently updated her LinkedIn post saying she’s set for right now, so maybe set a calendar reminder for a month or two out before you pitch.
